Our Process

Audit & Research

The first step in our process is auditing your current traffic, conversion rate, competitors, and ways patients are finding services like yours that are offered in your company’s location. We will make recommendations for your website, copywriting, and strategy depending on the services you have to offer. Specifically, how this process goes:

We analyze your current website and the ways patients are currently finding your practice on search engines.
We look out for your competitors to see what they are doing to get patients on search engines.
We make sure we discuss with you the services you have to offer, the demographic, location, and other important information regarding your ideal target audience.
This process usually takes around 1-2 weeks to develop a complete strategy on how we can bring you the best results in the coming months.

Building Your Results Driven Website

The next step in our process is to follow the recommendations we made from the audit and either make a new website for high conversion rates to close more patients who visit your page or update your current website. Your website is the foundation of your marketing’s success. More specifically how the process is done:

We will receive access to your domain or create a new one
From there we will take your existing branding design (logo, creatives, photos, videos)
We will ask you how many pages you would like, what specific details you want to add, etc.
We will take the information from the audit & research process to begin the copywriting phase of the website creation while also designing the entire page for you.
This entire process usually takes roughly a month depending on the size of the website.

Drive Traffic To Gain Clients

The final step in our process is either SEO services, Pay-Per-Click Google Ads, or both. Google Ads is more for short-term results since it is paid ads, however it can carry on to long-term if requested. SEO is focused on long-term foundations of traffic for years to come for the practice. Both are great options, we recommend at least 3-6 months of service for Google Ads and 12 months minimum for SEO. Here is how the process ideally goes:

We get access to your Google Ads Manager to take over your current or new Google Ads Campaigns or SEO.
We will discuss Ad Spend Budgeting with you suggesting what range will provide the best results depending on what your goals are.
We spend the first-month testing campaigns to see what performs the best in your location and industry.
From the first month or two we have a good idea of what works and double down on what is performing.
With the specific website we made and the traffic coming in, we bring results usually within a 3-4-month range.
